This study tracked 132 patients' physical activity (PA) recovery after knee or hip arthroplasty using fitness trackers and telerehabilitation. By week 7 post-surgery, patients regained their pre-operative PA levels, with no further improvement by 3 months. Pre-operative step count, crutch usage duration, and pre-operative symptoms predicted 35% of the PA recovery at 3 month
